Coastal Staircases – Payment Terms

Our terms  of payment for our private customers are, 50% deposit with full payment required up to 7 days prior to installation or supply of your order. If you do not have a credit account with us, these will be your payment terms. Some customers have raised concerns in regards to these payment terms. Please refer to our terms of trade which are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Find comfort in knowing that the terms of trade put in place are there to protect both the customer and the company.

We require deposit payment prior to measure. As soon as a measure is conducted, we order materials for your order as we do not stock all materials at our factory. Without the deposit payment we are unable to order materials required for your order.

It is not in our best interest to send our main tradesmen to conduct measures that do not always turn into an order, when customers who already have orders in our system have to be delayed. Our existing orders are our priority. To find out what we need to get a quote to you today, to get an order in our system and become a priority, please read our blog “What we require to get a quote to you today”. If you require a measure and can not provide a photo, measurements or a drawing, we can put you on a waiting list to be measured when we are in your area.

Account holders are still required to pay a deposit with final payment due 14 days after installation. If you wish to apply to have a credit account with us, please email our office.
