Staying Safe In COVID times

We hope that everyone is staying safe during these difficult times.
Knowing how to continuing serving our customers with everyone’s safety in mind can be tricky. Coastal Staircases is open between Monday to Friday – 8.00 am to 4.40 pm and working hard to keep to our installation schedule which was booked before Lockdown 7.0.
Not everyone would be aware that some of the new restrictions have reduced our number of installations per week. These new restrictions are having a flow-on effect with some of our customers who need to postpone their installations due to isolation requirements or supplier delays. This can open up our installation scheduling for some orders to be brought forward.

If your order has been postponed, don’t worry. In most cases, we are able to work with other customers to try and keep as close to your previously booked installation date. If you have concerns with your installation booking, give our office a call to confirm any changes. We are always happy to work with you to try and meet your deadline.
