Coastal Staircases – Defects, Warranty and Returns

Some of our customers have raised concerns in regards to our ordering process. If you do not have a credit account with us your order is required to be paid in full 7 days prior to installation. Please find comfort in knowing that the terms and conditions put in place are to protect you as well as the company.

All contact in regards to defects of your goods need to be raised via email. This is to ensure there is clear communication between yourself or our office staff. We advise all customers to read their quote and understand it completely before ordering. The best way to do this is by coming into our display room and speaking with our lovely staff who can show you exactly what you are ordering.

Please ensure you inspect your goods on installation, delivery or pick up and notify the office via email of any issues you may have found. For immediate action please notify us within 7 days of installation, delivery or pick up of your order. If a problem arises after 7 days of installation of your order, please contact the office as soon as the problem arises for us to make an appointment to inspect the staircase, balustrade or custom order.

In all cases where a customer has any questions or concerns in regards to their installed order, we endeavor to conduct an inspection within 2 weeks of notice. Depending on our scheduling this could be earlier or later, please ask our friendly staff of our availability.

So please don’t let our ordering process deter you. We want all our customers to be happy with their goods and speak positively to their friends and family about Coastal Staircases. If you wish to discuss this matter further please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly staff in the office.
